For maximum results to all services, hydration is the key! We recommend all clients to start properly

hydrating 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment (drinking water: half your body weight As well as

after appointment. We recommend exercising for at least 30 minutes after l-Lipo and/ or Cavitation

treatments. Must come to I-Lipo/ Cavitation appointment on an empty stomach.

***House Rule for Post Op Clients: Come to appointments with garment ON & you will leave out of studio with garment OFF until you reach home.

Hand washing before & after all services will be instructed.

We have the right to refuse any service to any client with any signs & symptoms of cough & cold

symptoms. We are following all guidelines of the CDC.

All clients MUST provide full disclose regarding COVID-19 status. If failure to disclose positive

COVID-19 status, knowingly exposing Forever Pretti Body Studio & clients, he/she will be held

personally liable. Forever Pretti Body Studio will take legal acts that is needed to do so due to any

subsequent expenses or loss of revenue associated with exposure.

You are acknowledging that Forever Pretti Body Studio is taking all possible special precautions in

CDC guidelines, we cannot mitigate all the risks related to COVID-19. Your consent to treatment

acknowledges this risk as well as receipt of our protocols.

We ask that you do not risk the safety of yourself & others if you are noted with any signs & symptoms of cough & cold symptoms. Due to this matter, we have limited appointments available due to spending quality time of sanitizing between clients.

ABSOLUTELY NO WORN GLOVES ARE ALLOWED IN STUDIO!

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment in order for deposit to be transferred to a new date. Only one reschedule is allowed for deposit to be transferred.

NO CALL NO SHOWS is not tolerable & will result in full-service fee to be charged to the card provided at scheduling as well as BLOCK from future bookings.

Same day cancellations will result in NON-TRANSFERABLE booking fee.

Packages are to be paid in full on or before the first session. All sessions in a package must be completed within 30 days of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled within the package. Appointments canceled, missed, or changed within 24 hours' notice will be deemed to have to been taken and deducted from the package. A Body Sculpting Practitioner will recommend the time frame for each session within the package purchased, however, it's the client's responsibility to ensure they book their sessions in advance to guarantee a desire appointment.

Each package is customized to each individuals needs and includes: 10% off products, One session of Pretti Detox, 10 min vibration plate before each session & Includes One Detox Tea bag after each session
